It is important that our customer are satisfied with the service and products that we provide. If we have not lived up to your expectations, we would like to know.

How to complaint

Brummer & Partners strives to maintain a high level of service and we take complaints very seriously as it gives us the opportunity to meet the expectations of our clients and take the opportunity to develop and become even better. If for any reason you are not satisfied, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible to express your views.

Appeals of complaints

Please contact our complaints officer if you would like to appeal a complaint. You can make a complaint free of charge. Received complaints are handled carefully and promptly. If we do not consider ourselves able to accommodate a complaint, the customer have the right to receive a written response with our justification for this.

To discuss the matter with an independent party, advice and guidance is available via the external alternatives described below. These Swedish independent instances can help you with general advice and information. Any dispute can be tried in a general court.
