B & P Fund Services
Brummer & Partners' wholly-owned subsidiary B & P Fund Services AB (BFS) provides infrastructure and administrative services to the fund managers.
The aim is to offer cost-effective services of the highest international standard to the group's funds and fund management teams around the world.
BFS provides services in the areas of distribution, accounting, fund administration, legal affairs, compliance and customer service to companies in the group. Under service contracts, BFS performs daily valuation, risk measurement and risk control services for the group's funds and insurance company. To further improve control and meet the demands of investors, the single-strategy funds are also valued by an independent third party.
The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brummer & Partners AB and is regulated by Finansinspektionen as a securities company under the Swedish Securities Market Act (2007:528). The board members are Joakim Schaaf, Chairman, Henrik Paulsson and Markus Wiklund.
