Ray Haslam
Managing Director and Director of the Investment Manager
Raymond Haslam joined Brummer & Partners in 2010 when the firm partnered with Observatory Capital Management LLP. In his fourteen years at Observatory Capital, Mr Haslam’s roles included Operations, Business Development and latterly as Chief Operating Officer and Partner. Mr Haslam also held the roles of Compliance Officer (CF10/SMF16) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (CF11/SMF17). Mr Haslam was appointed as Managing Director of Brummer & Partners Asset Management (UK) Ltd in 2021. Mr Haslam has a BA in Business Finance from University of Durham.
Robert Young
Compliance Officer and Director of the Investment Manager
Robert Young worked at Systematica for 3.5 years as a Compliance Manager, holding the title of the FCA’s Senior Manager Functions for Compliance Oversight and Money Laundering Reporting Officer. He joined Systematica in 2019 from Capital Group where he spent over 5 years working in investment compliance. Prior to Capital Group, Mr Young worked at JP Morgan for 3.5 years, also within investment compliance. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Business & Finance from Nottingham Trent University.

Managing Director of Brummer Multi-Strategy AB and partner of Brummer & Partners AB. Holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology and an MSc in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics.
