About the fund
Manticore is a global long/short equity hedge fund focusing on the technology, media and telecom sectors. Until October 2011 Manticore was managed as a Swedish “special fund”, as defined in the Swedish Investment Funds Act (2004:46). On 1 November 2011 a new fund was launched that is domiciled in the Cayman Islands and managed by Contour Asset Management LLC, which is registered as an investment advisor under the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 and regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Historical return data since the inception of the Swedish Manticore fund in December 2000 is provided on the website.
It should be noted that performance expressed herein from October 1, 2010 and onwards, reflects the performance of the Manticore Fund and from 1 June, 2025, the performance of Manticore BMS Fund managed by Contour Asset Management.
