Brummer Multi-Strategy UCITS (hereinafter ”BMS UCITS”) is a sub-fund of Brummer Umbrella ICAV, an Irish collective asset management vehicle constituted as an umbrella fund with segregated liability between sub-funds and authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland pursuant to the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations 2011, as amended).

BMS UCITS has been notified for cross-border marketing in certain EEA jurisdictions under article 93 of the Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 (as implemented through domestic law by each respective jurisdiction). As such, BMS UCITS may be marketed to investors domiciled in these jurisdictions.

In addition to this, BMS UCITS has been registered with FINMA, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, for distribution to non-qualified investors domiciled in Switzerland.
