Nektar has been merged with Brummer Multi-Strategy
The previously announced merger between the Nektar fund and the Brummer Multi-Strategy fund is now completed.
The merger was implemented on 2 September 2019 (“the merger date”). For investors in the Nektar fund who chose to participate in the merger, units in the Nektar fund have been exchanged to units in the Brummer Multi-Strategy fund as per the merger date. The external auditor has been conducting an audit of the merger. Investors who wish to receive a copy of the opinion issued by the auditor are advised to contact Brummer Investor Relations at info@brummer.se.
