Two new partners strengthening BMS
Brummer Multi-Strategy (BMS) strengthens its team dynamics and competitive edge with the addition of two new partners in Brummer & Partners.
Wilhelm Kleman has spent eight years at Citadel, a leading multi-strategy firm, most recently as a portfolio manager within long/short equities with a focus on financial companies. He joins BMS from SEB Investment Management where he has been Senior Advisor. Wilhelm's main focus at Brummer & Partners will be identifying new talent for BMS, as well as monitoring existing long/short equity teams.
Adrian Brummer has a background as portfolio manager at the hedge fund Alcur, where he was also a board member and partner in the fund company. Since 2015, he has focused his efforts on independent investment initiatives. Adrian will also concentrate on the long/short equity part of BMS, as well as support the allocation of risk in BMS to different strategies.
Since launching the Nordics' first hedge fund 27 years ago, Brummer & Partners has evolved into a global multi-strategy manager.
Patrik Brummer, responsible portfolio manager at BMS, comments:
- We have relentlessly refined our model to thrive amidst ever-evolving market conditions. Our quantitative edge is robust, and now BMS, along with the partnership, is set for a substantial leap in qualitative analysis and management.
Wilhelm and Adrian take office on December 4th this year.
