Amendment of Frost’s fund rules

Frost Asset Management AB has, following Finansinspektionen’s approval, amended Frost’s fund rules. The amendment relates to how, when applicable, the performance based fee for share class A is to be calculated.

Prior to the amendment, the average of the Swedish Riksbank’s fixing of the three month Swedish treasury bills was used as basis for the calculation of the hurdle amount for share class A. As the Swedish Riksbank has announced that it no longer will publish such fixing, the average of the three month Swedish treasury bills shall hereafter be used when calculating the hurdle amount.

The amendment has no impact on Frost’s investment strategy and will not incur any additional fees on you as an investor.
